- Is it necessary to have an account to shop at Artbugs?
Artbugs allows shopping as a Guest as well; registration is not mandatory. Just click on “Continue as guest”; enter your address details and you’re done!

You can click on 'My Account', which is located on the top right hand side of the website. You will be directed to a new page where you will find the 'Create a new account' button on the left hand side. Click 'Create a new account' and fill in your details as requested and then click 'Submit'. You will then receive an email confirming your registration

Please note order cancellations are not permitted; once an order is placed. As mentioned earlier; if we are unable to deliver for any reason; a full refund will be remitted back to your Net Banking Account or Credit/Debit Card.
